Maumee Valley Fabricators offers comprehensive fabrication and machining services. No poject is too small; and our shop is equipped to handle very large fabricated pieces. We work with all types of metals. Machining is done in house for most projects, and we will subcontract whenever necessary to give our customers a complete “turnkey” job when additional machining is required.
Examples of our fabrication services include:
- Structural steel for various construction projects
- Safety pieces such as handrail, guardrails, enclosures
- Work platforms, catwalks, ladders
- Tanks and vessels
- Ductwork
- Heat recuperators and associated products
- Weldments
- Rolling, angel rolling, forming
- Repair work to existing fabricated pieces and equipment

Our estimators can sketch shop drawings for use in fabrication; we offer detail design draawings when needed; or we will work from your drawings and specifications. Our shop personnel are qualified welders/fabricators who read blueprints and follow specs.
Associated Services Include:
- Our own trucks for pick-up and delivery service
- Outside trafficking, as needed
- Galvanizing, heat treating, coatings
- Buy-outs or purchased products for use in assemblies
- Personnel for on-site inspections of your needs
- Stock inventory for emergencies or rush projects.
